In my opinion, cake is the ultimate dessert. The sweet frosting combined with the moist, tender cake reminds me of the delicious desserts I used to love as a kid. Even though I didn’t like fruity fillings back then, I am a huge fan of them now. So when we created this white chocolate strawberry cloud cake recipe with strawberry jam, I had to have not one but two slices. And I don’t regret it for a minute! Because even though it tastes deliciously decadent, this dessert as an airy quality, thanks to angel food cake and the fluffy frosting. Honestly, it’s practically magical — and why you’ll want to spring for that extra slice, trust me!
This luscious recipe is quick and easy to make, too. So if you get a cake craving in the late afternoon, you can whip it up in time to have yourself the sweetest evening treat. Nice! Give this cake a try and leave us a comment below.
