Ingredients
- 8 slices sourdough bread, from 24-oz. loaf
- 2 cups sliced cooked turkey breast, about 8 oz.
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 4 oz. Brie cheese, sliced
- 4 fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Top 4 bread slices with sliced turkey, prosciutto, Brie cheese and basil. Top with remaining bread.
- In batches, in sandwich press, cook according to manufacturer’s directions; alternately, in grill pan over medium-low heat, cook, flipping once, until browned and cheese is melted, 3–4 min. per side, placing heavy skillet on top of sandwiches to press down during first half of browning.
