  • 1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. minced fresh thyme

Instructions

• Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Cut dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll pieces into 8” long ropes; tie each into knot. Place on baking sheet; cover with kitchen towel. Let rise in warm place, about 45 min.

• Heat oven to 375°F. Coat knots with cooking spray; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. salt. Bake 20 min. 

• Meanwhile, in microwave-safe bowl, microwave remaining ingredients in 15-sec. intervals until butter is melted. Brush over hot rolls. Serve warm.
