This Delicious 5-Ingredient Broccoli Gratin Recipe Is the Ultimate Side Dish

When you think of gratin, potatoes au gratin often comes to mind. It’s rich, creamy and cheesy. But by swapping out the starch, you can make a dish that’s lighter and brighter. In this delicious side, we cut the carbs in half by substituting broccoli florets for potatoes. They’re not only nutritious, but they add a beautiful pop of color. Even better? This flavorful veggie dish is only five ingredients and uses pantry staples such as jarred Alfredo sauce and canned breadcrumbs for convenience and ease.

If you don’t have broccoli on hand, simply swap in cauliflower florets. Instead of white cheddar cheese you can use yellow sharp cheddar. No matter what ingredients you choose, one thing is for sure: this hearty broccoli gratin will be a star at your next gathering!
