Ingredients
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 sprigs rosemary + additional
- 1 lime wedge
- kosher salt
- Ice cubes
- 6 oz. gin
- 32 oz. ruby red grapefruit juice
- 4 grapefruit slices limes wheels
Instructions
- In pot, combine 2 oz. water, sugar and 2 sprigs rosemary. Over medium heat, cook until sugar dissolves and flavors blend, about 5 min.; strain. Chill.
- Rub rims of 4 rocks glasses with lime wedge; dip into salt. Fill glasses with ice. Evenly divide gin, grapefruit juice and rosemary syrup among glasses. Garnish with grapefruit slices, lime wheels and additional rosemary sprigs.
