- Vegetable oil
- 1 (16.3 oz.) tube Grands Southern Homestyle Southern Recipe Biscuits
- 2/3 cup seedless raspberry jam
- Confectioners’ sugar (optional)

Print• In deep pot, heat 2” oil over medium heat until deep-frying thermometer registers 325°F, or until shimmering. Line baking sheet with paper towels. Working with 2 or 3 at a time, drop biscuits into oil. Fry, flipping once, until golden brown and cooked through in centers, about 2 min. per side. Transfer to paper towels on baking sheet. Let cool.
In small bowl, stir jam until smooth. Transfer to pastry bag; snip 1/4” opening from bottom. Cut small slit or poke hole through side of each donut; pipe in jam. If desired, sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar.
