It’s a pretty-in-pink spin on the classic warm weather refresher. Plus, we give it a clever upgrade that makes it perfect for a get-together – or any time!.
If your taking the time to stir up a fruity cocktail, why settle for plain ice cubes? They always water down the drink! So, we place raspberries and lemon juice in ice cube trays and freeze ’em. They not only add flavor as they melt, they make an elegant presentation that’s sure to impress. Pair them with pink lemonade and citrus vodka for a pucker-inducing treat. - 18 raspberries
- 3 oz. lemon juice
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 4 lemon slices
- 4 mint sprigs
- 24 oz. pink lemonade, chilled
- 12 oz. citrus vodka, chilled
Instructions
PrintPlace 1 raspberry in each of 18 wells of ice cube tray; dividing evenly pour lemon juice over. Fill with water. Freeze until solid, about 1 hr.
Divide ice cubes, blueberries, lemon slices and mint sprigs evenly among 4 glasses; stir in lemonade and vodka.
