- 2 2/3 cups baking mix, such as Jiffy
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. coarse sparkling sugar
- 2 cups mixed blueberries and raspberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups sweetened whipped cream
Instructions
PrintHeat oven to 400°F. In bowl, blend baking mix and milk. On baking pan, dollop 1/4 cupfuls to make 8 biscuits. Brush tops with egg; sprinkle with coarse sugar. Bake until golden, 10–12 min. Mix berries and sugar; let stand, 10 min. Split biscuits; add berries and cream.
