These no-fuss turkey sandwiches, made on satisfying multigrain rolls, can be assembled in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup grainy mustard
- ¼ cup light mayonnaise
- 4 large multigrain rolls, halved horizontally
- 1 cup well-drained sliced canned beets
- ¾ lb. sliced cooked turkey breast or deli turkey
- 8 thin slices Brie cheese (about 4 oz.)
- 2 cups radish sprouts
Instructions
- In small bowl, stir together mustard and mayonnaise. Evenly spread cut sides of rolls with mixture.
- Layer beet slices, turkey, Brie and radish sprouts on bottoms of rolls, dividing evenly. Cover with tops of rolls. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap; place on cookie sheet. Top with another sheet and weigh down with books, cans or heavy pans.. Chill in refrigerator at least 4 hrs. or overnight. Serve sandwiches cold or at room temp.
