Limoncello-Prosecco Ticklers Recipe Is a Refreshing Summer (Or Any Time) Sip

Tickle your taste buds with this spin on a champagne cocktail

On warm summer evenings I often invite friends over to kick back, relax and chill out on the porch with an icy cold libation. While a crisp bottle of wine is always welcome, I sometimes crave something just a little more surprising. That’s what inspired this Limoncello-Prosecco Ticklers recipe. It’s perfect for a casual evening, yet special enough for any celebration. Plus, we give it a savory-sweet twist that makes it irresistible.

Prosecco is an Italian sparkling wine with notes of green apple and pear. We mix it with Limoncello, a pucker-inducing Italian after-dinner drink that boasts an intense citrusy flavor. When the two come together, the result is simply heavenly. Now for the twist. We make an easy-prep syrup infused with fresh rosemary. The piny herb perfectly balances zingy lemon. Take one sip of this effervescent tipple, and we promise, you’ll be hooked. Let us know in the comments below.
