Ingredients
Whipped cream:
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbs.confectioners’ sugar
- 1 Tbs. whiskey
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
Irish coffee:
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 4 Tbs. Irish whiskey
- 2 cups brewed coffee
Instructions
- To make whipped cream: Beat heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar, whiskey and vanilla extract on medium-high speed in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
- To make Irish Coffee: Place 1 Tbs. of sugar and 2 Tbs. of Irish whiskey in each of two glass coffee mugs. Divide brewed coffee between mugs and stir. Use a spoon to top each drink with whipped cream.
