Irish Coffee with Whiskey Whipped Cream

This spin on the classic cocktail features irresistible whiskey-infused whipped cream topping.

Ingredients

Whipped cream:

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbs.confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 Tbs. whiskey
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract 

Irish coffee:

  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 4 Tbs. Irish whiskey
  • 2 cups brewed coffee

Instructions

  1. To make whipped cream: Beat heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar, whiskey and vanilla extract on medium-high speed in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
  2. To make Irish Coffee: Place 1 Tbs. of sugar and 2 Tbs. of Irish whiskey in each of two glass coffee mugs. Divide brewed coffee between mugs and stir. Use a spoon to top each drink with whipped cream.
