Turn pork chops from plain to delicious with help of this Grilled Pork ’n’ Peaches recipe. It uses balsamic vinegar, fresh thyme and peach preserves to produce a delectable glaze that adds even more flavor to smoky grilled pork chops. Fresh peaches are also pitted, halved and grilled for hints of caramelized sweetness and tartness. This dish combines ripe fruit with hearty meat for a delicious dinner option worth making any night of the week.
While peach preserves provides the dish with a sweet flavor, you can leave it out and make a Pork and Peppers variation instead. Simply replace peach preserves with sweet chili sauce and balsamic with rice vinegar. Then, continue with the recipe by grilling 3 cored red peppers in place of peaches. Serve the dish with sides like fluffy orzo or Instant Pot Brussels sprouts. Also, share your favorite preparation methods for pork chops in the comments below!
