Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs. meatloaf mix
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup plain dry breadcrumbs
  • ⅔ cup chili sauce
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper

Cut parchment into 10" square. In bowl, gently mix meat, egg, breadcrumbs, 1⁄3 cup chili sauce, onion, Worcestershire and cayenne; shape into 9"x4" loaf on parchment.

Heat 7-qt. air fryer to 300°F. Transfer meatloaf with parchment to air-fryer basket. Cook until meat thermometer inserted into center registers 160°F, about 55 min., brushing with remaining chili sauce during last 10 min. of cooking. Let stand 15 min. before slicing.
