- 1 dandelion root tea bag
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tbsp. turmeric
- 1 tbsp. honey
In heatproof mug, steep tea bag in 1/2 cup hot water 10 minutes. In saucepan over medium heat, simmer milk, turmeric, and honey 10 minutes. Remove tea bag; pour in milk mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
Bonus: Curcumin in turmeric strengthens immunity.
