Cinnamon Spiced Chai Contentment

  • 1 dandelion root tea bag
  • 1/4 c. sweetened chai tea concentrate
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. almond milk divided


In heatproof mug, steep tea bag in 1/2 cup hot water 10 minutes. Remove tea bag, then mix in chai tea concentrate, cinnamon, and half the milk. Froth remaining milk and pour on top; garnish with cinnamon.

Bonus: Cinnamon reduces blood-sugar swings by 29 percent.
