Double Toffee Coffee Cocktail 

Topped with whipped cream, butterscotch sauce and candy bits, this sip sweetens any evening.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup hot, strongly brewed coffee
  • ¼ cup milk, heated 
  • 3 Tbs. English toffee syrup, such as Torani
  • 2 Tbs. instant hot cocoa mix
  • 3 Tbs. salted caramel liqueur, such as Kahlúa
  • Sweetened whipped cream
  • Butterscotch or caramel sauce
  • Milk chocolate toffee bits, such as Heath English

Instructions

  1. In heatproof glass, stir together coffee, milk, syrup and cocoa mix until cocoa is dissolved. If desired, add caramel liqueur. 
  2.  Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of butter­scotch sauce and a sprinkle of toffee bits.
