Double-Chocolate Christmas Bark

Dried cranberries and pistachios make our chocolate confection a doubly delicious and festive holiday treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. crystallized ginger, chopped
  • 1 lb. white chocolate, chopped
  • ⅓ cup dried sweetened cranberries
  • ⅓ cup shelled natural pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. Line 13″x9″ baking pan with enough foil to overhang sides by 2″. Melt semisweet chocolate; stir in ginger. Spread in pan. Let stand until set, about 1 hour.
  2. Heat white chocolate according to package directions until melted. Let stand until cool but still spreadable, 30-45 minutes. Spread over semisweet chocolate. Sprinkle with cranberries and pistachios; gently press fruit and nuts into chocolate.
  3. Cover loosely; let stand at room temperature until set, at least 8 hours or overnight. Use foil to lift bark from pan; remove foil. Break into pieces.
