- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 15 oz.) can corn drained
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. sugar
In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef and onions until beef is browned, stirring often; drain.
In 3 1⁄2−4-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover; cook on low 5−6 hrs. until mixture is thick and flavorful.
