This Pork Chops With Fruity Avocado Salsa recipe will become your new 5-ingredient weeknight favorite! Bone-in pork chops get a flavorful boost thanks to a spice-infused oil, which gives the taste of a long marinade despite the quick prep time. Once cooked, the pork chops are topped with a toss-together tropical salsa before serving. The result is a sweet yet spiced main that’s perfect to enjoy with sweet potato wedges or fluffy rice.
Our recipe uses a prepared mango-peach salsa for a sweet and fruity flavor. But, you can substitute regular tomato salsa if you prefer a more savory and zesty taste. These pork chops are just as tasty cooked on the grill as it allows the meat to caramelize on the outside and develop a smoky flavor. Additionally, if you’re not a fan of pork, swap in bone-in chicken breasts or your favorite cut of steak — and cook it to the recommended level of doneness. We’d love to hear if you plan on making this dish in the comments below!
