All You Need Are 4 Ingredients + 30 Minutes to Make This Miso-Glazed Salmon Recipe

For a dinner that tastes fancy but is actually so incredibly easy to make, our miso-glazed salmon recipe can’t be beat. It combines the rich, umami flavors of miso and soy with the tender, flaky texture of salmon, plus a little bit of honey adds a hint of sweetness. From start to finish, the dish takes just 30 minutes to make, so you can treat yourself even on the busiest of weeknight. And you’ll want to keep our 3-ingredient glaze in your back pocket as it’s tasty on a variety of fish — we even like to use it on chicken wings!

Looking for a pairing suggestion? We like to serve our miso-glazed salmon with coconut-lime cauliflower rice. Simply sauté 10 oz. riced cauliflower in 1 Tbs. coconut oil for 5 minutes, then stir in ¼ cup coconut milk plus the juice and zest from a lime. Simmer 2 minutes and enjoy!

  • 2 tbsp. miso paste
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 4 (4 oz.) salmon fillets



Heat broiler. Line broiler pan with foil; top with rack. In bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, honey, and 2 tbsp. hot water. Coat salmon in mixture.

Place salmon on rack in broiler pan. Broil salmon 10 min. or until cooked through. Top with sautéed thinly sliced peppers and serve with seasoned cooked rice and salad, if desired.
