Cook Time

  • 1/2 tsp. dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 8 oz. pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar

Heat oven to 400°F. In small bowl, mix sage, marjoram, garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. cracked pepper, and 1/8 tsp. salt; rub all over pork. Coat ovenproof skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook, 5−7 min. or until browned on all sides, turning occasionally.

Transfer skillet to oven. Roast 8−10 min. or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest part registers 145°F. Let rest 10 min. before slicing. In bowl, whisk syrup and vinegar; drizzle over pork just before serving.

Easy variation: Substitute 1 tsp. smoked paprika for the sage and marjoram in the spice rub.
