White Chocolate Strawberry Cloud Cake

Ingredients
- 1 -16 oz. box angel food cake mix
- 12 oz. block white chocolate divided
- 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 c. seedless strawberry jam
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Prepare cake mix as package directs. Line two 8-inch round cake pans with parchment paper. Divide batter evenly among pans. Bake 30 minutes or until done.
In heatproof bowl, microwave 8 oz. white chocolate for 1 minute or until melted. Let cool 2 minutes. Using electric mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese, sugar, and melted chocolate until light and fluffy.
Spread first cake layer with 11/2 cups frosting. Spread strawberry jam over frosting; top with second cake layer. Frost top and sides of cake with remaining frosting. With wide vegetable peeler, create curls out of remaining white chocolate; arrange on cake top.
