- 2 cans pitted sweet cherries in syrup
- 1 can cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbs. sugar divided
- 1 refrigerated pie crust at room temp
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Drain cherries. In pot over medium heat, bring next three ingredients and 1/4 cup sugar to a boil. Remove from heat; add cherries. Divide among eight (4 oz.) Mason jars.
Using 3" circle cutter, cut out 8 rounds from dough. Using 1 1/2" heart-shaped cutter, cut out a heart from each center. Place on top of jars; sprinkle with 2 Tbs. sugar.
Bake 1 hr., covering with foil halfway through.
