Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts, thawed
- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp. dried thyme
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 4 slices bacon, cooked
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325°F. Coat 2-qt. microwave-safe dish with cooking spray. Add sprouts; sprinkle with ½ cup cheese.
- In bowl, whisk cream, eggs, mustard, thyme, salt and pepper; pour over sprouts. Bake 30 min.; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 10–15 min. until almost set. Cover; if necessary, reheat in microwave. Just before serving, crumble bacon and sprinkle on top.
