Our Cinnamon Raisin Rolls Recipe Bakes Up a Batch of Sweet, Fluffy + Gooey Treats

Brighten up your morning by baking this Cinnamon Raisin Rolls recipe! It features a dough that’s filled with a canned fruit mixture, cinnamon, sugar, walnuts and raisins. Once baked, the rolls are drizzled with icing and served. Unlike traditional cinnamon rolls, the dough for these treats doesn’t require any lengthy kneading. This is thanks to convenient hot roll mix, which produces fluffy sweet rolls with less effort. In fact, the overnight rise time in the fridge allows you to prep them ahead so they’re ready to bake the next day.

If you want to customize these rolls, tweak the filling ingredients by using your favorite chopped nuts or dried fruit. A dash of vanilla or pinch of cinnamon in the icing is another way to infuse more flavor into the dish. Let us know in the comments if you plan on trying out this recipe!
