Our Brioche French Toast Sticks Recipe Is a Sweet and Speedy Morning Treat

If you love sweet breakfast dishes, this recipe for Brioche French Toast Sticks will become your new morning favorite! It uses brioche bread, which is a rich and buttery baked good, and slices them into sticks. These sticks are dipped into an egg and milk mixture before they’re cooked in the air fryer. This machine gets the french toast sticks golden brown — no flipping needed. The crispy sticks are then served with raspberry sauce for dipping. Your crowd will devour these sweet sticks without hesitation!

While this recipe is fine as is, you can customize it to suit your needs. Use another bread like ciabatta, baguette or challah if you don’t have brioche on hand. Substitute heavy cream for milk to create a richer and thicker custard mixture that clings nicely to the bread. Or, serve the French toast sticks with a different fruit sauce like applesauce or blueberry compote.
