Beef Souvlaki Recipe Is a 5-Ingredient Grilled Main That Always Wins Rave Reviews

If you love grilling beef skewers for a backyard bash, this Beef Souvlaki recipe is perfect for you. It’s a simplified version of classic Greek souvlaki (grilled meat skewers) as it seasons sirloin, bell peppers and onions in a store-bought flavor blend and vinaigrette dressing. There’s no need to marinate the meat and veg for long since the skewers hit the grill once they’re assembled. Within 30 minutes, you’ll have a batch of savory skewers that turn into a complete meal once served with creamy tzatziki and soft pita bread.

We use sirloin because it’s a lean cut so no excess fat won’t drip from the steak and cause a flare-up as it grills. Plus, it’s wallet-friendly — giving you more bang for your buck per pound compared to pricier cuts like ribeye or fillet.
