Ingredients
- 12 oz. dried macaroni
- ½ stick butter
- ¼ cup flour
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 9 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°F. Cook macaroni as package directs; drain. Coat 9″ x 13″ casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In large pot over medium heat, melt butter; whisk in flour. Add milk; let simmer 10 min., whisking often. Stir in cheeses; fold in macaroni. Pour into prepared dish; sprinkle top with bacon and bread crumbs. Bake 15 min.
