This Avo-Keto Margarita Recipe Is a Dieter’s Dream Drink

This keto-friendly cocktail recipe, originally created by bartender Eric Ribeiro, is a delicious blend of gluten-free Tequila Don Julio Reposado, tasty spices, and fresh juice. Oh, and did we mention that an avocado is included in this boozy delight? Cheers to that!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Tequila Don Julio Reposado
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • skin and pit taken out
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cilantro (optional)
  • Chili lime salt

Instructions

Combine Tequila Don Julio Reposado, fresh lime juice, avocado, and salt into a blender with 2 1/2 cups of crushed ice. Blend until texture is smooth.

Pour contents into a rocks glass rimmed with chili lime salt over fresh ice.

Garnish with cilantro and a lime wheel.
