Our smoked salmon bites recipe consist of toasty crostinis that are smeared with a homemade lemon-y goat cheese spread and topped with vibrant smoked salmon, bibb lettuce, thinly sliced scallions, cracked pink peppercorns and beautiful fresh dill. You may want to make a double batch as these treats are sure to be a real showstopper!

  • 2 oz. goat cheese, at room temp.
  • 2 tsp. milk
  • ½ tsp. grated lemon zest + additional for garnish
  • 12 crostini
  • 1 leaf Bibb lettuce
  • 3 oz. sliced smoked salmon
  • 1 Tbs. sliced scallion
  • Cracked pink peppercorns
  • Fresh dill sprigs


• In bowl, mix goat cheese, milk and 1⁄2 tsp. lemon zest. Dividing evenly, spread mixture onto crostini to fully coat tops.

• Tear Bibb lettuce into 12 bite-size pieces. Cut smoked salmon into 12 (2") pieces. Dividing evenly, top crostini with torn lettuce leaves and smoked salmon pieces.

• Transfer to platter. Garnish with sliced scallions, additional lemon zest, pink peppercorns and fresh dill sprigs.
