Parm-Crusted Ravioli Recipe Is the Ultimate 6-Ingredient Snack — So Easy in the Air Fryer

For a fun party-perfect snack, give this Parm-Crusted Ravioli recipe a go. It uses frozen ravioli and coats it in a mixture of flour, egg, breadcrumbs that are mixed grated Paremsan cheese. This creates a crunchy crust on the ravioli once they’re cooked in the air fryer. The crispy ravioli are served with hearty marinara sauce and make for a delicious appetizer or snack for any occasion. 

We used regular ravioli for these tender-crisp bites, but you can feel free to customize with your favorite variety — or even tortelloni.   • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup Italian-style dry breadcrumbs
  • 3 Tbs. grated Parmesan
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen meat or cheese ravioli
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce, warmed
  • 2 Tbs. chopped basil

In bowl, beat egg. In separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs and cheese. Working with 2 or 3 at a time, dip ravioli in egg, allowing excess to drip off; coat with crumb mixture.

• Heat air fryer to air-fry at 350°F. Coat air-fryer basket with cooking spray. In 2 batches, place ravioli in single layer in basket; coat with cooking spray. Air-fry until lightly browned, 7–8 min. per batch. Place sauce in bowl; top with basil. Serve with ravioli.
