Created by Kari Lizer, the show garnered a dedicated fan base and critical acclaim for its clever writing, memorable characters, and stellar performances by its talented cast.

New Adventures of Old Christine revolves around the life of Christine Campbell, portrayed by Julia Louis-Dreyfus, a divorced single mother navigating the ups and downs of life in Los Angeles. Christine juggles the challenges of co-parenting with her ex-husband Richard (Clark Gregg), and his girlfriend “new” Christine (Emily Rutherfurd), hence that’s why Louis-Dreyfus character is “old” Christine. Add to the mix old Christine’s quirky brother Matthew (Hamish Linklater) and her best friend, coworker and emotional anchor Barb (Wanda Sykes) and you’re got all the makings of a hit show.

The series humorously explores themes of friendship, family, and self-discovery as old Christine navigates the chaotic yet endearing aspects of her life.
