We've given meat loaf a spook-tacular twist by transforming it into a yummy mummy simply by wrapping it in breadstick dough and topping it with sauce-covered pasta.
*1 onion, *chopped
*1 red pepper, *chopped
2 Tbs. olive oil
2 lbs. ground beef
3 large eggs
1¼ cups quick-cook oats
1 Tbs. fresh thyme
½ cup ketchup
1 tube **(11 oz.) refrigerated breadstick dough **
2 cups cooked fusilli
1 cup marinara sauce
Heat oven to 350°F. Combine first 8 ingredients; press into greased ovenproof bowl.
Bake 45 min. and unmold. Drape breadsticks over meat loaf. Bake 15 min. on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Toss pasta and sauce. Top meat loaf with pasta. Use radish, olive and scallion for eyes, if desired.
