HGTV Unveils a New Show for Chip and Joanna Gaines, Reveals Fate of ‘Flip or Flop’

David Hasselhoff (Knight Rider)

David Hasselhoff played crime fighter Michael Knight for four seasons before moving on to the hit show Baywatch in 1989. Today, Hasselhoff has appeared in small film and TV roles, including the 2017 movie version of Baywatch.

Judith Light (Who's The Boss?)

The 67-year-old starred opposite Tony Danza in the ABC sitcom Who's The Boss? for eight seasons. She later found recurring roles in Law and Order: Special Victims Unit and Ugly Betty. Light currently stars in the Amazon Studios show Transparent.

Ed O'Neil (Married...With Children)

After Married...With Children ended, O'Neil tried his hand at a series of spin-offs. He currently stars as Jay Pritchett on ABC's Modern Family.

Lauren Tewes (The Love Boat)

Lauren Tewes played cruise director Julie McCoy in the hit TV rom-com series The Love Boat. Tewes gave up acting in 2002 when her third husband died, but she occasionally performs in local theater productions.

Harry Hamlin (L.A. Law)

Harry Hamlin played Michael Kuzak for five seasons on the hit show L.A. Law. In 2002 he reprised his role in the TV movie L.A. Law: The Movie, and since then he's appeared in several other shows including Shameless, Mad Men, and Law and Order: Special Victims Unit.

Erin Moran (Happy Days, Joanie Loves Chachi)

Erin Moran played Joanie Cunningham first on Happy Days and then on the hit show's spin-off Joanie Loves Chachi. Sadly, Moran passed away suddenly in April 2017. She was 56.

Scott Baio (Happy Days, Joanie Loves Chachi)

Like his Happy Days co-star Erin Moran, Baio joined her on the Joanie Loves Chachi spin-off. Baio's most recent role was in 2014 when he provided his voice for the live-action film A Fairly Odd Summer.

Erin Gray (Silver Spoons)

Erin Gray played Kate Summers-Stratton on the comedy Silver Spoons, which ran from 1982 to 1986. Gray's most recent role was in an episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000 in 2017.

Victoria Principal (Dallas)

Victoria Principal played Pamela Barnes Ewing on the hit drama Dallas. When the show ended, Principal continued appearing in TV shows like Home Improvement. Today, she's more involved within the philanthropy community.

Tyne Daly (Cagney & Lacey)

Tyne Daly played Mary Beth Lacey on the hit police drama Cagney & Lacey. Daly went on to star in the CBS legal drama Judging Amy from 1999 to 2005. These days, Daly is still active; she has a role in the upcoming superhero movie Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Danica McKellar played Winnie Cooper, Kevin's on-and-off girlfriend on The Wonder Years. Since the show ended, she's written four non-fiction books encouraging young girls to be passionate about math.

Fred Savage (The Wonder Years)

Fred Savage played Kevin Arnold for six seasons, and he became the youngest actor to ever be nominated for an Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series. Now 40, Savage plays Stewart Sanderson in the legal comedy The Grinder.

Cybill Shepherd (Moonlighting)

Cybill Shepherd played detective Maddie Hayes alongside co-star Bruce Willis, who still had a full head of hair! Today, Shepherd works sporadically. She made her Broadway debut in 2012 in an adaptation of Gore Vidal's The Best Man. Recently, she starred in a Christian movie called Do You Believe, playing a mother grieving for a dead daughter.

Mark Harmon (St. Elsewhere)

From 1983 to 1986, Mark Harmon played Dr. Robert Caldwell on the TV show St. Elsewhere. Today, he stars as Leroy Jethro Gibbs on NCIS.

Tom Selleck (Magnum P.I.)

Tom Selleck thrilled for eight seasons as private investigator Thomas Magnum. Now the 72-year-old plays Police Commissioner Frank Reagan on Blue Bloods.

Bebe Neuwirth (Cheers)

Bebe Neuwirth played Dr. Lillith Stein, Frasier's ex-wife on Cheers and the '90s hit show Frasier. Neuwirth, 58, now plays Nadine Tolliver on Madam Secretary.

Don Johnson (Miami Vice)

Don Johnson played Sonny Crockett on NBC's Miami Vice. When the show ended, he landed another role in a crime drama; this time he played the title character in CBS' Nash Bridges.

Mindy Cohn (The Facts of Life)

Mindy Cohn played Natalie Green on the Diff'rent Stokes spin-off, The Facts of Life. She has since won an Emmy for What's New, Scooby-Doo?, for which she provided the voice of Velma Dinkley.

Judd Hirsch (Taxi)

Judd Hirsch played taxi driver Alex Reiger for five seasons with co-stars Danny DeVito, Marilu Henner, Tony Danza, and Andy Kaufman. His newest show, Superior Donuts, is scheduled to air in February on CBS.

Penny Marshall

Penny Marshall played Laverne DeFazio, one half of the hilarious duo of Laverne & Shirley, for eight seasons on ABC. She went on to direct Big, starring Tom Hanks, in 1988, and since then she has continued to make appearances on TV shows like The Simpsons, Frasier, and Bones.

Harry Anderson (Night Court)

Comedian Harry Anderson played Judge Harry Stone for nine seasons on NBC's Night Court. In addition to his guest appearances as a con-man in Cheers, Anderson last starred in the 2014 film A Matter of Faith.

Markie Post (Night Court)

Markie Post played Christine Sullivan on Night Court. She later starred in the sitcom Hearts Afire with John Ritter. Her other notable work includes a role in the film There's Something About Mary as Cameron Diaz's mom.

Richard Dean Anderson (MacGyver)

The always resourceful MacGyver thwarted villains for seven seasons. When the series ended in 1992, Richard Dean Anderson went on to a lead role in Stargate SG-1.

Candice Bergen (Murphy Brown)

For 10 years, Bergen played the title character of the CBS sitcom Murphy Brown. The 70-year-old is set to star in the movie Home Again this year with Reese Witherspoon.

John Schneider (Dukes of Hazzard)

John Schneider is best known for his role as cousin Bo Dukes in CBS' The Dukes of Hazzard. In the early '80s he launched his singing career and has gone on to release nine studio albums. He currently plays Jim Cryer in Tyler Perry's The Haves and the Have Nots.

Catherine Bach (The Dukes of Hazzard)

Catherine Bach is best known for her role as Daisy Duke in The Dukes of Hazzard TV show. The leggy brunette had her legs insured for $1 million during filming! Since 2012, she's had a recurring role on The Young and Restless as Anita Lawson.

Tom Wopat (The Dukes of Hazzard)

Tom Wopat played Luke Duke for seven seasons. After the show ended he went on to act in a several more TV shows including Cybill. Like his co-star, John Schneider, Wopat also released several county and pop albums.

Shelley Long (Cheers)

For five seasons, Shelley Long played waitress Diane Chambers in NBC's Cheers. She appeared in several episodes of Frasier, and she currently plays DeeDee Pritchett on Modern Family.

Kim Fields (The Facts of Life)

Dorothy "Tootie" Ramsey stole hearts for nine seasons in The Facts of Life, and she eventually went on to star in Fox's Living Single. She welcomed her second son with husband Broadway actor Christopher Morgan in 2013.

Alan Alda (M.A.S.H)

Alan Alda played Captain Hawkeye Pierce in all 251 M.A.S.H episodes. The 80-year-old continues to act and last starred in Steven Spielberg's movie, Bridge of Spies.

Jane Curtin (Kate & Allie)

Jane Curtin played Allie Lowell for six seasons with costar Susan Saint James. After the show ended, she found success as Dr. Mary Albright on the sitcom 3rd Rock from the Sun.

Dirk Benedict (The A-Team)

Dirk Benedict portrayed war hero Lieutenant Templeton Peck, aka "Face" or "Faceman." He made a cameo in the 2010 movie adaptation, The A-Team starring Liam Neeson and Bradley Cooper.

Danny Pintauro (Who's The Boss?)

Danny Pintauro was the adorable Jonathan Bower on Who's The Boss?, but he was an acting pro even before that. In 1983, he starred in the film adaption of Stephen King's novel Cujo.
