Ingredients:

  • 1 (12-oz.) can shredded chicken, drained
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbs. Ranch seasoning
  • ¼ cup Buffalo sauce (or Hot sauce of choice) 
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or cheddar blend

Directions:

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings
  1. Blend cottage cheese in a blender or using an immersion blender until smooth. If cottage cheese is too thick to blend, add a tsp. of water.
  2. Add chicken, whipped cottage cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo or hot sauce and shredded cheese in a bowl. Stir it well to combine everything.
  3. Heat in the microwave for one minute, stir and then return to microwave for one more minute.
