Martha Stewart’s ‘Martha-Rita’s’ are the Perfect Drink to Sip for the Summer

Ready to get your party on? If you’re like us, the warm weather is arriving just on time. And our favorite home and lifestyle guru, Martha Stewart, surely agrees with this sentiment.

Stewart has been sharing recipes and home-improvement hacks on her Instagram account with the hashtag #homeschoolwithMartha. And on Wednesday, she shared the perfect summer cocktail recipe that we’re just dying to try out.

The recipe is for a pomegranate margarita cocktail which she calls a “Martha-rita,” and not only does it look delicious, but it’s super simple to make with only four ingredients! We may not be able to go to a bar or restaurant this long weekend, but thanks Stewart, we can enjoy an expert-level cocktail right from the comfort of our own homes. Check out the recipe below!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 cups tequila blanco
  • 1/2 cup triple sec
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate concentrate

Instructions

Throw all ingredients into a blender, add ice cubes, and blend! This recipe makes 4 cocktails.

There you have it. With just these four ingredients you can create restaurant-worthy drinks that surpass your average margarita in flavor and fun. We hope this drink and a weekend of relaxation helps you welcome summer with open arms. Cheers!
