I followed the original recipe from Instagram user @jakecohen and it was so delicious I made it again the next day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. (1 cup) low-fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:

  • Total time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings
  1. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla, then purée until very smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the almond flour and protein powder until well incorporated, then fold in the chocolate chips.

Storing instructions
