Cheesy Beer Dip Is a Crowd-Pleasing Snack for Football Sundays

What words come to mind when you think “Super Bowl?” Things like “beer,” “wings,” and “cheese,” might come to mind. If not, they will after you try this recipe. With just two core ingredients and a few seasonings, you can have an appetizer ready for the entire team — neighbors included.

Whether you’re having a casual get-together or a fancy soirée, Cheesy Beer Dip is a great way to keep your guests munching and chatting before the main course. This one’s  so easy, it can be ready in 10 minutes!

  • 2- 8 oz bars of cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup beer
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • Chopped green onions

1. Add all ingredients (except the cheddar cheese and green onions) into a food processor. Process for 10 seconds.

2. Scoop ingredients into an oven-safe bowl, sprinkle the top with cheddar cheese and green onions, then place under the broiler for two minutes (or until cheddar cheese is bubbly and slightly brown).

3. Serve and enjoy!

What to Serve With Beer Cheese Dip

This dip is so versatile, it can be served with crackers, baguette, broccoli, or cauliflower florets for dipping. And if you have lactose-intolerant guests, the cheese can easily be swapped out for shredded soy or vegan cheese.

Want to make it a meal? Just cook up a few kielbasa sausages, top them with some sautéed peppers and onions.
