  • 6 chicken thigh fillets 
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tablespoon water


  1. Halve chicken fillets. Cook chicken in a large frying pan with oil.
  2. Meanwhile, crush garlic. Finely grate two teaspoons of rind from lemon. Squeeze two tablespoons of juice from lemon.
  3. Add garlic, rind, juice, parsley, and the water to pan. Turn chicken to coat and season to taste.
