- 7 oz. chopped dark chocolate
- 1/3 cup thickened cream
- 5 tsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. rum
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
- In a saucepan, heat cream and butter on medium until bubbling. Pour over chocolate. Set aside for two minutes, then stir until smooth. Stir in rum. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight until firm.
- Shape level tablespoons of mixture into balls. Toss in cocoa to coat and place on lined oven trays. Chill.
