Firm Up a Double Chin

We loved indulging in our favorite Thanksgiving treats, but rich, decadent foods and the extra stress of being the perfect hostess can cause toxins to build up in the lymph nodes under the jaw. The result: swelling that reads as a double chin.

To flush toxins and reduce bloat for a more chiseled-looking jawline, try this easy (and relaxing!) lymph massage:
 
Step 1: Starting at the point of your chin, gently slide both thumbs back along the underside of your jaw (to push lymph fluid toward your ears), then massage the hollow behind each earlobe.
 
Step 2: Place your palms flat against the sides of your neck and sweep downward to flush the toxins down toward your collarbone. Repeat the entire massage three to five times daily.
