Designed to connect to the Bellabeat app, this do-it-all jewelry tracks the same metrics you’d get from your smartwatch — think steps, distance moved, calories burned, sleep habits, and reproductive health — but can also calculate a “stress prediction” based on your current lifestyle habits.
Your sleep, pregnancy status, activity, and menstrual cycle will all be analyzed on a regular basis to determine periods of high stress. If a change should be predicted, you can help to lower your stress levels before they begin to spike with guided meditations and breathing exercises that are available through the app.
As for the necklace itself, it’s made from natural crystals (choose from rose quartz to promote self love or black onyx for power and protection against negativity), hypoallergenic stainless steel, and a wood composite.
You’ll never need to charge it, since it works with a replaceable coin cell battery, and it’s water-resistant, so you can even track your stats in the shower (should you so choose). It can be worn on the included chain or as a clip on your shirt, bag, or pants.
