She Visited Three Doctors with Stomach Pain. They Told Her She Was Constipated, But the Woman Learned the Life-Changing Truth

It’s happened to all of us: we go to the doctor expecting a fix for our pain, but we end up with no results. It can be quite disappointing, but not in Charlotte Bryant’s case. Bryant got herself a little miracle named Joshua.
Bryant, 20, from Cardiff, Wales had visited three doctors looking for answers for her backache. “I’d been diagnosed with inflamed muscles and given painkillers,” Bryant said. Another doctor told her that she was constipated. But no one, including Bryant, had a clue that she was expecting her first child.
After taking one laxative that was prescribed for her “constipation,” she rushed to the toilet. “I felt the urge to push and then as I looked down and I saw a face looking at me…It was absolutely surreal,” Bryant told Metro UK. She had just given birth to a healthy 7 lb. 4 oz. baby boy.
Thankfully, the new mom wasn’t home alone. Bryant’s brother, Adam, who was just as shocked as Charlotte helped her call an ambulance. After being taken to University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, they found Joshua was suffering from a chest infection.
But no worries because according to Bryant, Joshua is three weeks old now and being spoiled by his loved ones.
