2 Quick Exercises That Tone Flabby Arms Without Lifting Any Weights

Tags:

Beautiful women come in all shapes and sizes, but there’s nothing wrong with wanting to add a little more strength and definition to your physique. If you’ve been searching for ways to get rid of flabby arms, we stumbled upon a couple simple exercises that will help get them toned without having to lift a single clunky weight.

Fitness instructor Cassey Ho shares a ton of workout tips on her website, Blogilates, plus her TikTok and Instagram pages. One of her recent videos might remind you of your old gym class days, but without any intimidating PE teachers blowing whistles.

In the clip, Cassey points to the underside of her arm while a caption explains how “girly” push ups are a killer way to tone our triceps. She also clarifies that these aren’t a cheat or easy way out of getting a good workout, despite the lingering reputation. Today they’re more commonly known as half-cobra push ups.

We can’t forget about our biceps while trying to nix flabby arms, too. Luckily, Cassey has a quick technique for those, too. It involves bringing your elbows and hands together in a prayer-like pose and pulsing them toward the sky. (Saying a few prayers for sculpted arms while you count out reps can’t hurt, too.) Along with the biceps, Cassey says this will also work your shoulders and chest muscles.
