Kate Middleton Makes a Dazzling Entrance at Garden Festival

Tags:

Kate Middleton has officially returned back to work after a relaxing summer, and she’s making her comeback in true style. Barely a week after she dropped her daughter Princess Charlotte at her first day of school in a stunning floral Michael Kors dress, the mom-of-three has managed to outdo herself once again, stepping out on September 10 in a floral Emilia Wickstead frock — arriving in a tractor, no less!

The engagement was particularly special for the royal, who is officially opening the “Back to Nature” garden at the RHS Garden Wisley, which was inspired by the design she worked on for months ahead of the Chelsea Flower Show earlier this year.

The Duchess of Cambridge’s “Back to Nature” garden has been redesigned twice since the Chelsea Flower Show back in April, proving her endless passion and dedication to the project.

Featuring a tree house and a swing, Kate’s original design was loved by members of the royal family who came to see it at the popular Flower Show.

This included her young children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, all of whom were pictured having a lot of fun in their mom’s outdoor creation.

The garden itself was created with the aim to highlight the importance of spending time outdoors, which Kate believes plays a pivotal role in a child’s future health and happiness.

Kate was her usual animated self, laughing and dancing with children present at the sunny even, captured in the videos below.

On September 10, the duchess opened a garden design inspired by her own work at RHS Garden Wisley.

The new garden features elements from her previous creations, including the hollow log and a wildflower meadow. In addition, this third edition includes two connected tree houses and slides to encourage families and friends to have fun together in a natural environment.

The new garden was created in collaboration with landscape architects Davies White with input from the RHS. It will remain a permanent fixture at Wisley, and you can bet we’ll be paying it a visit should we ever be in the area!

There’s no denying Kate’s commitment and passion when it comes to gardening, and these three garden installations are case in point. We’ve got our fingers crossed that we’ll soon see more gardening prowess from the talented royal!
