Jessica Alba’s Photos Perfectly Capture the Struggles of Caring for a Newborn
Congratulations are in order for Jessica Alba and her husband, Cash Warren, who have just announced the birth of their third child together, a son named Hayes Alba. The pair are already parents to daughters Haven Garner, 6, and Honor Marie, 9, who are extremely excited to welcome baby Hayes to the family.
Jessica announced the birth of little Hayes on Instagram earlier this week.
“Hayes Alba Warren 12/31/17 Best gift to ring in the New Year!!” Jessica captioned the image. “Cash and I feel so blessed. Haven and Honor are already obsessed with their new baby bro. #familyof5.”
We can’t say we blame them for being obsessed — look at that little face!
Jessica took more adorable pictures of sleepy little Hayes today and posted them via her Instagram stories. “Here’s looking at you kid,” she captioned the photo.
She also shared a cup of black coffee alongside the caption, “up every 2.5 hours round the clock” and a beautiful selfie revealing the pleasure of “#newbornmomlife”. We feel ya!

The 36-year-old is best known for her laid-back approach to parenting. Earlier this year, she talked about how she tries to be the best version of herself to People. “I think maybe being open and curious and trying to better myself.”
“I don’t try to pretend like I have all the answers and I certainly don’t think I’m perfect,” she told the publication, adding: “So when my kids say something, instead of me being so reactive, I think about how I can be better.”
We couldn’t be happier for the family. What a way to ring in the new year!
