Quick question: What’s your favorite Disney movie? Whether you love a nostalgic look back at one of the animated flicks from your youth or prefer live-action adventures, we have a feeling you wouldn’t mind getting paid $200 just for hitting play.
It might sound too good to be true, but Reviews.org is re-opening their Disney+ Dream Job giveaway and including a free year-long subscription to streaming service on top of the cash. You don’t have to submit any goofy videos or even post about it on social media feeds while you watch. All you have to do is send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and your favorite Disney movie — and cross your fingers that you’re one of the 10 randomly selected lucky winners that will receive the subscription and $200 Visa gift card.
Reviews.org explains the generous offer on their website saying, “We just want to give you some extra money and something entertaining to watch to help you get through the day-to-day difficulties of COVID-19. We’re all in this social distancing thing together. We want to make it a little easier for you.” How sweet is that?
Applicants need to be at least 18 years of age and US citizens, but those are pretty much the only restrictions. In fact, if you’re selected, you don’t even have to limit yourself to Disney movies — you can spend a year choosing from anything in the streaming service’s impressive catalogue of content. Reviews.org listed a few recommendations, such as: The Mandalorian, The Imagineering Story (“really cool docuseries about Disney theme parks to keep you occupied until the parks reopen”), Frozen 2, or deep cuts like the Black Cauldron.
You have until April 10 at 11:59 pm MST to submit your name for this incredible opportunity. Winners will be alerted on April 13 to confirm eligibility and then hand over the cash and Disney+ subscription.
There’s really nothing to lose by trying for this kind offer! And even if you aren’t selected, you can still find plenty of other stream-able movies and shows to entertain you on other streaming platforms. (Psst: Click here for some of our favorite travel shows!)
We’ll take anything we can get to help ward off the stir-crazy feeling of being cooped up inside right now — especially if it comes with a side of extra moolah.
