Although we’re not exactly sure of Daphne’s exact due date, she did make it clear that she’s due literally any day now with her recent Instagram post. In the photo, she looks like she’s about to pop! “Coming in hot ✈️ #40weeks on Friday!! can’t wait to meet our little lady 💕” she captioned a baby bump snap on Thursday, Nov. 30. Baby No. 3 is coming just in time for the holidays!
Is Daphne Oz having a boy or a girl?
She’s having a girl! “Party of 5!! John and I are overjoyed to be adding to our family with a baby girl later this winter,” she wrote in her Instagram announcement. When cutting a gender reveal cake on The Chew, the inside was even pink!

The author officially confirmed she’s leaving the The Chew in August. “It has been an incredible 6 seasons with the [ABC The Chew] crew, and I am honored to always be a part of this wild family of [five],” Daphne wrote on Instagram at the time. “Thank you for being the BEST audience, and for spending your lunch time with me.”
Regardless of her departure, she’s grateful for her fans and is hoping they stand by her throughout this. Daphne recently took to Instagram to thank everyone for all their support. “Thank you so much for celebrating this happy time with our family!! you had me riding high with all your kind words. Love sharing this adventure with you,” she wrote on the social media platform.
