Most of us think that by cutting down on fat (switching to low fat yogurt, zero fat drinks, etc.) will help us get rid of those stubborn pounds, but many researchers are now claiming that this is in fact leading us to put weight on, instead.
How does the diet work?
It works by involving more foods with high-fat content and less carbohydrate based foods. With less carbs and sugar your body is producing less insulin. Fat and protein create much smaller insulin spikes.
