You may be clinging to the last days of summer, but we're already looking forward to pumpkin-spice season, and not just in our coffee, either. There are a ton of pumpkin beers on the market now, from such well-known breweries as Sam Adams, Blue Moon, and Shipyard. And good news: They're arriving at a liquor or grocery store near you.

To take advantage of these autumnal flavors, we've put together some cocktail recipes for you.
Pumpkin Beer Cocktails (via Jack O' Traveler beer)
1. Pie'd Pumpkin
Fill an 8 to 10 oz glass with ice. Add 1 oz whiskey and 1 oz spiced fruit whiskey liquor (try Southern Comfort). Top with pumpkin beer, stir, then grate fresh cinnamon over the top. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
*2. Jack and the Bean Shot *
Pour 1.5 oz vanilla vodka into a pint glass filled with ice. Fill to top with pumpkin beer and stir.
3. Apple Jack-O
Fill an 8 to 10-oz glass with ice. Add 1oz apple brandy, .75 oz hazelnut liqueur, and top with pumpkin beer. Stir, then garnish with lemon wedge.
4. The Rum-Kin Pumpkin
Fill a shaker glass halfway with ice. Add 1 oz spiced rum, 1 oz hazelnut liqueur, and 1.5 oz orange juice. Shake and strain into 8 to 10 oz glass filled with ice. Top with pumpkin beer and garnish with a lime.

5. Pumpkin Oktoberfest Float
Here's another twist on the apple-pumpkin beer pairing from Cooking and Beer. This cocktail uses bourbon, apple cider, and lemon juice along with the beer (yum)!
